Getting married in NEPA?

A daunting list of things to do comes to mind after you utter those two simple words, “I do”. There’s a ceremony to plan, cakes and catering, floral, decor, rings, and invitations among a host of other details to consider. This can be a lot to manage even for the most seasoned of organized brides and grooms to be.

As a local professional harpist, Giselle Pedraza can help you with your musical needs. For more information about the wedding services she offers, visit the services page or contact her for more information.

But weddings involve a lot more than music alone. Enter nepabrideblog.com. The website came to be when a local 25 year old resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania set out on a quest to plan her own October 2010 wedding. She is looking to plan a wedding that reflects the personalities of both her and her future husband. She’s also documenting the wonderful and sometimes rocky process of getting married and what it means to be a husband and wife.

The website offers valuable links and resources for all you NEPA couples looking to plan your wedding. Visit the site for articles on the following subjects and more:

  • catering
  • bargains
  • beauty
  • bridesmaids
  • rings
  • music
  • photography
  • reception venues
  • wedding favors

Why Choose The Harp?

harp

Adding a harp performance to your wedding, reception, or special event can add a touch of elegance. Let the beautiful sounds of the harp create the sophistication that appeals to a wide range of audiences and that takes your event to the next level.

The harp is an excellent instrument to set the right mood, producing a rich and full sonic experience. The airy sound fills the room, but will not overpower your guests’ conversations.

Giselle Pedraza is a professional musician with international performing and teaching experience. She currently resides in northeastern Pennsylvania and performs harp, lute, teaches music privately, and for the Greater Nanticoke Area School District. Giselle has previously recorded with Grammy winning producer Danny Blume as part of the trio Cuban Tres and served as professor of aural skills, teaching classical and popular guitar at the National Center of Artistic Learning in Havana City, Cuba.

Giselle is available to perform for Anniversaries, Awards Ceremonies, Birthdays, Christenings, Churches, Community Events, Corporate Functions, Festivals, Fundraisers, Funerals, Private Functions, Restaurants, Reunions, Weddings, and other events in the North Eastern Pennsylvania area.
